Chie Tea

 

Benefits:

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200ml of filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

 

Preparation:

  • Bring water to a boil on the stove and add the chia seeds.
  • Boil for 5 minutes
  • Turn off the heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Use a sieve to remove all the chia seeds before consuming

Preparation:

  • Pour 1l of water into a large saucepan and add the dried rose petals, cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, frozen mixed berries, cranberry sauce and orange
  • Bring the mixture to a boil making sure to stir occasionally
  • Take off the heat and add the green tea bag
  • Let steep for 2-3 minutes
  • Strain
  • And enjoy

  • 6 cups water
  • 2 apples, thinly sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

  • 1 star anise
  • 2 tbsp black tea leaves or 4 black tea bags
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

 

Preparation:

  • Wash the apples and thinly sliced
  • Boil the water over a medium heat and once boiled reduce the heat to maintain a simmer
  • Add the cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, and the apples to the water
  • Steep for 10 minutes
  • Add the black tea leaves or tea bags to the saucepan and let steep for another 5 minutes
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the vanilla extract
  • Strain the tea and pour into drinking cups
